BSOD crash, bugcheck 0x00000116 (VIDEO_TDR_ERROR)
I'm new to SevenForums, so my apologies if I completely mess up with this post. Honestly, I can't explain things too well, but whatever information you need I should be able to get.
I recently custom-built a new computer to replace my old, outdated Dell Dimension, and I've been getting this error every once in a while when I play almost any game I have installed. When this error occurs, the computer automatically abruptly shuts down and reboots. If there's a fix for this, then I can't find it... I've tried everything I've seen. I've checked Event Viewer, and every time the error occurs the computer returns this message.:Event 1001, BugCheckThe computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa800d68f010, 0xfffff8800fe81e2c, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 072314-18064-01.I linked the MEMORY.DMP file to this post at the bottom.

My current graphics card is a EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 570, and the driver I have installed right now is version 335.23, which I downloaded from EVGA's website. I'm a version lower than the newest driver (version 337.88) because I tried to see if it was that which was causing the 116 errors, but it's seemingly not. Here's the rest of my hardware:
- CPU: Intel Core i7-2600k @ 3.40GHz
- Motherboard: ASUS P8P67 Pro
- Memory: 8GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 @ 1600MHz
Hopefully I can get help with this, it's starting to get irritating due to the fact that it happens randomly.
- Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB Desktop Performance HDD (WDBSLA0010HNC-NRSN)
