BSOD when going to/from FullScreen w/playing Games/Watching Videos

I have my laptop connected to a Samsung TV which I use as my second monitor, the BSOD didn't happen at the start, but it started when I try to unplug the HDMI cable from my computer I get the BSOD.

It doesn't happen all the time just randomly. . . so I thought the problem could be with my HDMI or the Port. . . but as time passed, the BSOD also occurred when I am switching to/from fullscreen when I play games like, Diablo 3, Starcraft 2, Dota 2 or League of Legends. . . it also happens when I am watching movies when I try to switch to/from Normal Window to fullscreen even if the Samsung TV is not connected through HDMI.

    Please help.
