BSOD driver_power_state_failure ntkrnlpa.exe

I'm hoping someone can help.

I have a Dell Lattitude tablet that I have to use for work, I have had many replacements in the past, but they all seem to have similar problems, and "tech support's" solution is always the same, reinstall the drivers.

I'm convinced the root of the problem is a faulty network card.

The tablet has 3G (which rarely works), and wifi. It does not have an ethernet port, but I have a USB ethernet adapter which I use a lot. The main problem at first was one, or all of these networking types would stop working, and require a reboot to function again. The wifi sometimes just gives me a red cross in the tool bar (no wifi networks available, when I know there are). I pretty much just gave up on 3G, as it hardly ever worked, but the USB ethernet adapter I have to use a lot. Sometimes when plugged in I would get "USB device not recognised error, other times it simply would not acknowledge I had plugged it into the USB at all. When going to "change adapter settings", the LAN connection would be visable, but greyed out, other times it was there normally, but I could not disable and re-eneble the device (this sometimes makes it work), clicking on disable just does nothing. A reboot would normally fix all of these problems for a short time.

The BSOD's are a real pita though. I travel from job to job, and put my tablet to sleep while I am traveling. A lot of the time I arrive at a job and go to wake up my tablet, only to find it is already on, because it has BSOD'd while it was asleep and restarted. When at home and the tablet is asleep and charging, it will randomly awake, because it has BSOD'd and rebooted. When I am using it during the day, it will randomly BSOD. I can't find any pattern to the crashes at all, apart from it seems to be more frequent when the tablet is asleep.

Following the most recent conflab with "tech support" and reinstalling the drivers for the network card, the tablet has been a lot more stable, only 2 BSOD's in the last moth. However, I'm getting a lot more of "this program has stopped responding" messages and general freezing, and the BSOD's have started again.

Reinstalling the drivers for the network card did work for a few weeks, which is what makes me think the BSOD's are network card related.

I have 50 crash log dumps on the tablet, and many of them point to ntkrnlpa.exe as the cause. I am an engineer, but unfortunately for me, I am not a software engineer, analysis of the dump files a bit beyond me.

I have uploaded the crash dumps, as you can see from the dates, I have only had 2 BSOD's in the last month, since reinstalling the network card drivers, but I feel this is only a temporary fix and would like your help to get to the root of the problem if poss.
