Bsod driver_irql_not_less_or_equal

can somebody please help me fix this problem....i've been experiencing this problem for the last 3 days. ok lets get to the problem itself....i really don't know exactly why it happened and what causes it,but before that problem happen i downloaded a game in myplaycity.com.in that particular game,it has some free application that comes with it and that is the avg 1click maintenance and the avg tune up 2014 and in the same time im also downloading some torrent file using u torrent,and then the unexpected happened..i got a bsod that says driver irql not less or equal....i did some research about the error and then i downloaded again an application that opens a .dmp file and that is bluescreenview by nirsoft. i also downloaded windbg but with no luck.

Hi czil.

Do two things.

Download and install Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software and Drivers for Windows 7.

Go to Dell Support and search for updates to these ....
  • Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller
  • Qualcomm Atheros AR8152/8158 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller
Let us know the results.
