Sorry about getting back so tardy. Had to make a quick trip out of town and got too late and lazy to drive back last night. I tried to get on last night with a friend's note pad but it didn't seem to stay connected.

Those temps aren't bad and there was no throttling in the log. The log entry is not an indication of overheating. It's an after-the-fact entry after a power fault.

Something else that happened when I was done with the memtest the pc was not responding had to turn off by holding down the button then would not come back on until I unplugged it for a bit and replugged
TMTZ - This sounds an awful lot like a power problem. You mentioned the PS was replaced but can you give some details of the machine. Perhaps it's under powered. (Model numbers would help.)

Also, do you still get the BSOD in Safe Mode? (Sill running the Clean Startup, I hope.)

Upload a fresh zip of the dumps and DM files after getting the next dump.

No worries, I haven't changed the PSU because it passed the paper clip test but that was probably a month ago. Iam currently running on clean start up and have not bsod, before I ran in clean start up. I started the pc on safe mode and it would bsod but it has not since i made the changes. The pc is a build, i have the model # on my first post here's the power

Is that the PSU model number? 600W would seem to be enough.

Update the BIOS. You are many versions behind. I found the image below checking the MB specs.

You need to check the manual for your motherboard. They're all different. I suspect you will need the BIOS Utility.

Finally after some heavy searching and reading I was finally able to update the BIOS. The only way I was able to do it is by using a USB that was less than 1 gig big so the Asus EZ flash 2 could see it. I will monitor to see if it made a difference.
