My apologies for not getting back sooner Joe, life's thrown me a curve.

From looking at your new .dmps, both are 3B - c05 errors that points to hardware, one strictly to HDW and the other to ntkrnlmp.exe

Try going over this to see if it finds anything: Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

       Note
I don't know how much longer I'll be able to help. I have a family emergency, and I'll probably be gone for all this next week. I will notify our help group to look in on you.

Just my two cents worth I see nothing relating to the power required in the posts and am wondering if the pSU is a) capable enough of driving hwhat you have in there and b) is it faling?

Now two things you can do is check the volts on the PSU using this ditty of mine
    Using HW Info
You can test the volts on the PSU with HW Info HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download < download the right bit version and close the right hand window select Sensors and scroll down to the power section where you will see what the volts are doing see my pic.
The original right hand window shows the machine running and is handy for that but for looking at the components in some detail close it and use the main left hand side panel
    and this
eXtreme Power Supply Calculator - The most trusted PSU Wattage Calculator type in what you have installed and se what comes up it does give a margin of error generally leaning toward a larger PSU.

Just because the device is new doesn't men a - good like a new car it can break any time and this will eliminate any problems from that direction:)

PS post a pic like mine of the HW readout use this How to Use the Snipping Tool in Vista & this if you ant to Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

I wish to THANK Steve & all the others who posted advice and links to problem solving sites. After downloading & running all night, memtest86 from a flash drive there were hardware issues, namely 1 stick of ram bad. Each stick is 4 Gb's and I had 2, now I have 1, but up and running. First stick put in # 1 slot would not boot, changed to the other & it worked. Now I'm a happy camper; you guys are great.
I even downloaded and ran the Core Temp application just to check cpu temp; the jpg is a screen.

    You're welcome Joe,

Not sure of the situation, but have you thought of trying to return that bad stick back to where you purchased it? Though most likely its out of warranty, maybe you can get it prorated with buying a new stick. Never hurts to try.

I already ordered a new stick from Amazon, supposed to be here Thursday. Things have gone very well since removing the old stick.
I hope things went well for your family situation.

That's good to hear you're getting that new stick soon. The consensus on adding an extra 4GB of ram is that you probably won't notice an improvement in performance, but if you watch your programs while opening and running them you should notice they'll open faster and run smoother. Post back if you have any questions.

Thanks for asking about my Mom. It was touch an go last week, then had some problems getting her into a good rehab hospital, but it's all worked out now and she's looking, feeling and sounding much better now. Though it'll still be a couple of months at least in rehab.

    Your mom

Thanks for sharing about your mom, I will add her to our church's prayer group list, I may not know her but God does and that is all that matters.
Is there a provision for personal posts not related to computer issues?

    You're welcome.

I mentioned to Mom yesterday that I'd wouldn't be seeing her today because snow was forecast for our area, it's snowing now and about an inch has fallen with about 2 more to go, if you had to drive the 18miles to where she is, you would understand. It's bad enough in dry weather let alone wet/frozen.

I haven't called her yet today because mornings are busy with physical therapy and tests. I wanted to wait until her afternoon occupational therapy was over around 3pm my time and try to talk before supper arrived, you can be assured that I will tell her that she is on your prayer group's list.
My Mom would fit right in with your group. Her main devotion is to maintain her promises to the good Lord while raising her family with Dad Bless his Soul through prayer and good works. She'll be 90 on May 8th, and as she always noted, Harry Truman's birthday.
