5 BSOD's in 2 weeks (0x3b and 0x50 and 0x116)

This week i had alot of bsod's. I tried fixing them by running sfc /scannow but it told me that some of the errors weren't solved, so I tried doing a memory diagnostic but it keeps getting stuck at 21%. I even did a malware scan but there was no malware. I got 5 bsod's these 2 weeks, 3 of them were 0x3b SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and 1 was 0x50 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and the other one was 0x116.

Any help is Appreciated!

I will upload the dumps soon!

EDIT : I forgot to say that i did a chkdsk yesterday but it found no errors.
