I marked that 232.11GB as active and put the HD back into the original machine and now I get a new blue screen when trying to go into recovery mode...

    BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO
    STOP: 0x00000074

and when I try to boot normally I get
    BOOTMGR is missing

    Same problem

I had the exact same issue yesterday and again today. I custom built my system 3 weeks ago. I did not have any issues installing OS and all system files. No issues what so ever until yesterday. I had the exact same issue that was mentioned by OP(blue screen, Pagefault in non paged area). I took out all memory, graphics cards, and one by one reinstalled each. I was able to eventually system restore to 5 days ago. I then reinstalled the remainder of the components. I restarted multiple times yesterday. I thought I remedied the problem. I shut down last night and this morning upon restart I had the same problem again. I think it might be the windows update. I pushed all the updates yesterday after i restored it.

I am at work for the next few hours but as soon as I return I will continue to troubleshoot. I will try the deletion of FNT file and post results.

Blue Screen (Stop 0x50) after applying update KB2982791 to - Microsoft Community

But it is about Stop error 0x50 in the Win32k.sys driver after you install a font update
But original poster has stop 0x50 in ntfs.sys instead of win32k.sys. Since you can do a system restore ... it looks like a healthy volume and indeed a bad patch. So NOT same problem!

Yikes, I did not look close enough. I apologize for the confusion. I did have problems with the system restore at first. I had to take the computer down to barebones to get it to load the system restore before BSOD. I'll verify mine is the win32k.sys, and not ntfs.sys when I return to my computer.

    Thanks!
