BSODS on a daily basis

the vast majority of them are PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA or IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
and according to bluescreenviewer usually caused by ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0
it happens mostly during gaming but it also happens when i am just browsing the web or even when the pc is idle

i thought it was a hardware issue so i gave it back to the shop i bought the pc from and they tested it for 3 days
he says the hardware is fine and gave him zero errors....i still have my doubts about it

things i ve tried so far:
checked disc for errors
sfc/scannow
updated the bios
upgraded drivers with driver booster
reinstalled nvidia although i am not sure it was done right since windows would automaticly reinstall nvidia after every restart
check system for errors with programms like glary utilities

i dont know what else to do

Run Memtest86+ using this tutorial: RAM - Test with Memtest86+
Be sure to run it for at least eight passes. If errors occur right away, stop the test but continue with the tutorial for testing individual modules (If you have more than one).

There's some log entries that might indicate your CPU is overheating. Check to make sure all fans are working and that there is no dust build up on the fans and the CPU heatsink. How old is the PC? It may just need a good cleaning.

when i saw the technician first thing i told him was the ram and memtest
he said memtest is dated and he is gonna do a 'burning' test...if i heard it right

the computer is three years old but recently it was cleaned since i had to replace the psu

i have 31c temperature on the room right now...so maybe overheating is an issue
but i had these problems during winter too

He probably said "burn-in". These rarely stress a PC as the parts are new and need a gradual break-in period. Especially the CPU heatsink compound. The burn-in software is usually designed to exercise various components, not stress them. A CPU can generate enough heat to warm a room and can reach 90C in a matter of seconds. If the heatsink is dirty or loose, the CPU won't continue to function. Your log indicated a number of throttling events. Throttling is the CPU's method of self protection and controlled by the system's power management. During periods of excessive heat, the CPU circuits break down electronically. This leads to cache and memory faults and even CPU failure.

I'm calling it a night but you can wait for a second opinion if you wish.
