Nvidia Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 320.78 error

Also was finally able to catch the Nvidia Kernel Error 320.78 I have been trying to do this for quite some time as when this happens the screen just ffashes for a sec and then you only see the error balloon for a few more sec.

Any ideas?

I tried running:

You can see there is a single crash dump. See the date (highlighted). We have already checked it; there is nothing new to check.

Is it clear now?

Uninstall the display driver using DDU. Then install any other WHQL version. Drivers | GeForce

See if the same issue continues or not. Let us know.

Thanks,
So if I do not see anymore screen dumps I'm good to go? What do I open that file with?
