Click on the button below ....

It will download the DM log collector. Right click on the application and run as administrator. It will generate a .zip file on your desktop. Upload the entire .zip, dont deduct any file from it.

First make it sure that the SSD is having the latest firmware.
How to Upgrade Samsung SSD Firmware | StorageReview.com - Storage Reviews

Then, your SSD is of 120 GB. 100 MB is for system reserved and 48.73 GB for C drive. Where is the rest capacity?

The C drive is having only 2.28 GB free. Stop 0xF4 BSODs are unavoidable in this situation. Get at least 10 or 12 GB free then see how it works.

Let us know.

i want to have doual boot so thats why i only use 50GB for windows and the rest i want to use later on for ubuntu. are you sure that the problem that causes the BSOD is the free space?..

few months ago, i used only windows as my OS (all the ssd capacity was used). and still i had those BSOD.

Keep in touch, let us know how the computer is running.

If you want to install Linux, install it in another physical disc. Use the BIOS boot menu key to select which disc you want to boot from. Installing GRUB in the same physical disc with windows is highly risky, because any GRUB corruption will cause damages to windows installation beyond repair; and most of the times there is only one way to get things done again, by wiping the entire disc up, including the partition tables.

The stop 0xF4 BSODs continuing.

That means there are still some places to look at.

Upload a screenshot of both the SSD and HDD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World
