    Hi odinkober.
    Code:
    BugCheck A0000001, {5, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+277ce )

    Followup: MachineOwner

It is a custom bugcheck inherent in AMD/ATI display environment. And if this issue appears, the first thing is to observe the situation installing any other version of the display driver.

I will not suggest you to update it right now. Downgrade it. Uninstall your installed latest version of the display driver.

Then clean up any possible leftover.

Then install version 13.9 WHQL only.

Let us know how the computer runs.

    Hi, Mr. Arc
    thanks for reply
I have uninstalled previous AMD driver and cleaned up the possible leftover using DDU
Unfortunately, driver version 13.9 WHQL that you suggested didn't work.
I have downloaded it from the link that you gave TWICE using 1 Mbps internet connection
When i opened the installer, it showed error and the installer version didn't match with my OS version
(the installer icon image didn't look like usual green or black AMD logo icon)
whatever, I used the default CD driver instead

    thanks btw
I will keep monitoring my PC and let you know if any issue happen

    The driver says:
    Description:
Package contains the following graphics drivers and dependent/required software for the products specified in the current version's official release notes for the 64 bit version of Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1:
    Your system specs says:
    Code:
    OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64
So there should not be any reason for it:
When i opened the installer, it showed error and the installer version didn't match with my OS version

here is the 13.9 driver that I downloaded from your link

I could install two other drivers (green and black amd icon), but I could NOT install the 13.9 driver (one with weird icon )

I'm afraid that your Windows installation is counterfeit - you have an OEM_SLP Key installed on a retail motherboard, which can only activate in the presence of a hacker's Activation Exploit.
Such Exploits are known to sometimes come with unwanted side-effects, including malware, rootkits, and backdoors.

You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key
