    I found this:
    BSOD using usb flash drive
What do you think of this?
I have 3 files named Mfe*.sys on Windows\System32\Drivers, but it is also a HP notebook!

If it is any sort of drive encryption program bloated by the OEM manufacturer (I cannot say it, as you never uploaded your msinfo32.nfo file), clean reinstall is the only effective way to get rid of it.

Yes, it is HP drive encryption.
    Code:
    MfeEpePcMonitor "c:\program files\hewlett-packard\drive encryption\epepcmonitor.exe" Public HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
    So follow #12.

I wonder why this file was not there in the zip earlier.

I have uninstalled HP Drive Encryption and HP Sanitizer and it solved the problem.
    Thank you for your help.
