It is display/graphics failure.
Code:
BugCheck 116, {85744510, 9161dcec, c0000001, 3}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys
Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+5cec )

Followup: MachineOwner
---------
And it is Integrated ATI Radeon HD 4250 graphics. The driver is too old.
Code:
    Image name: atikmpag.sys
    Timestamp:        Wed Apr 20 06:52:09 2011 (4DAE3541)
No feasible update is listed in GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3 - GA-880GA-UD3H (rev. 2.0)

IMHO it would be better if you get a PCIe graphics card.
