Reinstallation of windows may not help. Because a stop 0xF4 is basically a storage related issue.

But if there is any program (Like backup tools, defraggers, file system monitors of antivirus programs ect) that is causing the issue but not coming into notice, then a clean reinstall may be helpful. Otherwise not.

The next step should be to open the laptop to look at the SATA cables; but that may violate the warranty. Is it still in warranty? Let us know.

It is not in warranty anymore and the SATA cable had to bee replaced because of the new SSD. This was not done by an expert.

    Then re-seat it all.

Stop 0xF4 BSODs started to occur after installing a new SSD readily indicates that there is something wrong with it.

Because the error started after the installation, it was clear from the beginning, that there is something wrong.
I hoped to find out what this is and correct it. Maybe drivers, or what ever. Re-set it all is the last solution but not really a big help. So all the costs where for nothing and I still don't have more space in my notebook.

Many thanks for your help and invested time anyway.
