System hanger after installing a new SSD

    Hi
I have a Toshiba notebook with only one SSD, which I changed recently. Cloned the "Toshiba SSD THNSNC128GMLJ" to "Toshiba SSD 512GBSATA 3 Q Series", installed it as well as a new "Toshiba HDD Cable".
The boot after installation worked perfect und the new SSD seems to work perfect.

But since the installation the system is hangig up after some time of work, also when I am only in Internet or playing a simple game.
Sometimes I get a blue screen but no mini dump although all the necessary options are set. Blue screens are rare and not always the same.

I searched for new drivers and there were found a lot. Changed only the drivers of the IDE ATA/ATAPI Controller what did not help. (Set it back.)
Did a lot of searching and reading in Internet about all the errors and warnings in the windows event list. None of them seem to be the reason of the hanger.

I don't know what to do more because I don't have much konwledge of PC problem solving.
Hope you can find the problem on the basis of the diagnostics.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

    New BSOD:
    Stop: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA80097F26F0, 0XFFFFFA80097F29D0, 0XFFFFF800037C7260)

Make it sure that your SSD is running with the latest firmware.
    Toshiba Storage - THNSNHxxxGBST (THNSNH060GBST, THNSNH128GBST, THNSNH256GBST, THNSNH512GBST) - Product Detail

Also install Service pack 1. Otherwise your computer will not be stable and secure.

    Hi Arc
I didn't find a firmware for the SSD, but will install all the sevice packages available, as soon as possible.
Have a bad network at the moment and therefore can't download the SW.

    Still BSOD

    Hi Arc
Yesterday I installed all Windows 7 updates available. (Seems that automatic updates didn't work for a while.)
After I worked without problems for hours, with SSD, in internet, games, etc. Made also a memory check for more than 1 hour.

Started today, reading in internet and writing a short message in notepad. Suddenly the BSOD happened.
    Stop: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8007F43B30, 0XFFFFFA8007F43E10, 0XFFFFF80003789270)

If it happens, the cooling vent starts working hard and the system gets hot.

Sorry to say, but there is no more BSOD after 27/07. And that is not a stop 0xF4 too.

    Attachment 330867

You download the zip and check yourself.

Unfortunately there are BSODs daily but no dumps in minidump since 27.07.14. I don't know why - does not work, as I already mentioned in my first description of the problem.

The last BSOD from yesterday night was:
    Stop: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8009297B30, 0XFFFFFA8009297E10, 0XFFFFF800037DF270)

The stops are alsways a little different.

It is very difficult to suggest anything to you, because in that case it will be a guesswork only. I cannot read your event log too, I dont know German.

Ericsson F3607gw for TOSHIBA Mobile Broadband Network Adapter. Either update the driver or disable the device. Better you update the driver, if it is regularly used.

Uninstall Acronis, on a test basis.

Uninstall BitDefender. How to uninstall Bitdefender
Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

    1. Click on the Start button
    2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
    3. Select the “Startup” tab.
    4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, SynTPEnh.
    5. Apply > OK
    6. Accept then restart.

Let us know the results. Also post a screenshot of your SSD using CrystalDiskInfo - Software - Crystal Dew World

Many thanks for your tipps, Arc.

I installed the last driver you mentioned, deaktivated some services, also Acronis.
I am afraid to loose my licences, when I uninstall Acronis and Bitdefender. Bought Acronis just last week to backup the system, because of the problems with the BSOD.

I am trying to install the English language for Windows and try to find the problem of no dump.

Do you think a reinstallation of Windows could help?

    Disk information see attachment.
