Windows 7: BSOD 0x0000007F caused by ntoskrnl.exe

BSOD 0x0000007F caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Please help me, just 20 min ago when I went to get some food I returned to my desktop and I saw the blue screen. I have no idea why it happened.
