First I would try once again uninstalling the graphics card driver, rebooting and then again reinstalling the latest driver for the graphics card which hopefully is certified as W7 compatible.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of that folder.
Then upload/attach the .zip file to your next post.

Also, please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

Most likely to be a problem with your video card (STOP 0x116:VIDEO_TDR_ERROR).
Please run a memory test to rule memory out: Memory Diagnostics

Then download the latest video drivers for your card from Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (don't download the Catalyst Control Center - just the driver)
Once that's done, uninstall the current drivers from Control Panel...Programs and features...Uninstall a program.
Then install the freshly downloaded drivers.

If none of the above things help, then I'd suggest borrowing a video card to test your system with. If you can't borrow one, purchase one from a shop that has a good return policy.

My newly bought (this month) computer froze many times while I was playing Warcraft 3. It even froze when I was installing Windows 7. Strangely, it doesn't freeze if I'm playing Left 4 Dead 2. Btw, there is no blue screen. The screen simply freezes.
