Consistent Black screen kernel-power 41 (63)

Hello people

Lately I have been having problems with my rig, encountering constant black screens (with hard hangs) everytime I'm trying to play a game.

So far the problems have been showing in every game I've tried included the all mighty performance sucker hearthstone (?!?!)

Anyway, I personally think that my pc is more than enough capable of running games such as diablo 3 and hearthstone without constant crashing.

My specs are as follows

i7 2600k
PNY GTX 570
PSU 1000W coolermaster silent pro gold
8 gigs of ram

Now, this is really a cry for help.
My google pages are all purpled-out since I haven't left a single one without a look regarding my problem, I really have no idea what or where to look for.

What I've done so far
Disabling audio drivers
Underclocking gpu, upping voltage of cpu by a bit, pushing gpu fan to 80%
Updating drivers, reformatting hell of a lot
ran memtest as well as monitoring msi afterburner for gpu

I've also checked all of my tempratures in my hardware, and there is nothing odd with them, when idle or even before the crash.

I've searched all over the internet, I haven't found my solution and I think I'll go mad anytime soon if I don't find one.

If there is an expert out there that is willing to help me, please do so.

It's no trouble at all. Don't be concerned about that. The problem is there are no dump files in there. So, very little for us to go on. Please make sure your computer is configured for Small Memory Dumps this will show you how. Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD also, after doing that go to C:/Windows and make sure you have a folder named Minidump. If there is not one there create one named Minidump. The next time you have a BSOD or two, post the BSOD posting instructions again.

I will also suggest if you have anything overclocked, please set everything back to defaults, at least until we get you stable.

Exactly the problem i have , same thing even the games are the same. Mine is another section tho , if i get anything solved ill tell you .
Did you test the GPU btw ? Under load ?

Before I take any steps, and forgive me for maybe sounding dumb (I'm more of a gamer than a pc tech) I want to make clear that it's not a blue screen of death rather than a black screen without any letters or numbers.

That being said, should I proceed to take the steps you told me to?

@Denisgsv I did test the gpu, on HS it will work underclocking the card by 50, but I cannot stop it from happening on every other game.

Yes, do the steps I told you. It may or may not produce a dump file, but it needs to be set up that way anyway. The detailed system specs would be very important too. All with Manufacturer and model numbers so we can look up the components, if we need to.

Sure, that would help a lot if you get a blue screen. What GPU temp monitoring program are you using? Will it allow you an on screen display and a custom fan profile ? If you do it I would like the temps also.
