Windows 7: BSOD randomly occurs when I'm surfing the internet

BSOD randomly occurs when I'm surfing the internet

Usually occurs when I'm using google chrome and I quickly open up different tabs and links. Could it be a memory problem ?

*Check Attachments for dump files and CPUZ screenshots.

The Dump is pointing to some Windows Core files so please follow these steps
