ASUS AI Suite II : the overclock options are no longer accessible on my W7 installation. The TurboEvo module crashes at launch.

AFAI can tell, any overclock options is OFF.
Every setting is set to AUTO in BIOS.
    This means

Just to be sure of what are the ASUS AI Suite II parameters:
I've installed W7 x64 (exact same version) on a spare HD, and installed ASUS AI Suite II.
It worked, so I disabled pretty much everything related to OC.
Double checked in the BIOS, every setting is now on AUTO, and AFAICT it means no OC.
I'll keep that W7 HD as a "last chance HD".
That HD is now disconnected (physically) so it will not interfere with my system & our investigations.

Okay so the Bugcheck we are reciving here is a: "F4"

    Code:
    BugCheck F4, {3, fffffa800f0943c0, fffffa800f0946a0, fffff800031d6270}
Here is some troubleshooting information on the "F4" BC:

       Information
    BCCode: F4 0x000000F4

    • Check and reseat all cards, memory and cables (on both ends when possible) actually remove and
replace - do not just snug.

    • Memory could be the problem so if you have more than 1
stick swap them in and out to see if the problem follows one stick or try new memory.

    • Antivirus/anti-spyware/security programs have been known to cause or have a role in this issue.
