Driver Verifier will make programs very laggy when it is running.

Okay, my computer froze with the lines, without crashing, so I had to restart.

I can see you're a busy person, and I'm getting quite tired of this.
In your honest opinion from your perspective, do you think if I backup my important files, format my HDD and reinstall Windows, I won't have anymore problems?

You still need to update to Service Pack 1.

Also there is no DMP Files in the attachments.

Please Follow the tutorial in the link below.

I've been trying to install Service Pack 1 but I constantly get errors, and trying to find a fix whilst dealing with this.
Also, this:

On Sun 8/31/2014 12:41:45 PM GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\083114-21949-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x6F880)
Bugcheck code: 0x7F (0x8, 0x80050031, 0x6F8, 0xFFFFF800030777ED)
Error: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This bug check indicates that the Intel CPU generated a trap and the kernel failed to catch this trap.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

okay so this BSOD is a: 7F

STOP 0x0000007F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, 3rd party firewall, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Well, I was never able to install Service Pack 1, I eventually reached the point where I ended up reinstalling Windows, that didn't help, so I replaced my GPU with another, older one. Which worked for awhile, but then it continued.

I ended up trying to use Memtest86 on my sticks individually and I did receive a lot of errors, I already knew one stick was bad so I removed it long ago, but the one I've been using gets many errors at ~1700m. The only consistency I've found in these problems is when I reach ~1.5 GB Memory in Task Manager's Performance, something negative will happen, let it be a program crash, computer shutting off, or the BSOD.

I'm assuming I'm going to have to only use 1 program at a time for now on until I can replace these sticks.
