Hello and welcome rainky mate just a starter as I am not much good at those dump files I would be running these if you haven't already

    https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < use the /f option in Option 2 ifnecessary and safe mode if you want.

    If nothing comes of them
    try these

    http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

download from bleeping computer – delete any rubbishthese find.

If you want to get the shut down done quicker you could try point 22 from this
Optimize Windows 7 (all of it is good for that matter)

    Code:
DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
Make it sure that your SSD is running with the latest firmware, Firmware 5.2.5 dated 2014-07-17.
Also, the SSD is of a little storage capacity, getting almost full there.
No code has to be inserted here.
Get at least 10 GB free and see how it works.

    Let us know the result.

Good job you could see that Arc as the files would not open for me - I was curious to see where you found that

Yep I know that mate it is just it wouldn't open - don't know why usually it opens with that Windbg stuff or into text. I was simply curious to have a look at where that fault was for experience:)
