Hello sorry, i have had a look again for you...
I made a mistake the first time, The Driver that is causing the issue is "TeeDriverx64.sys" However that is not causing the problem.
The BSOD is caused by Intel(R) Management Engine Interface (c:\windows\system32\drivers\teedriverx64.sys).
Uninstall the following:Code:******************************************************************************* * * * Bugcheck Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information. BugCheck D1, {10, 2, 0, fffff88000e4687c} *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for TeeDriverx64.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for TeeDriverx64.sys Probably caused by : TeeDriverx64.sys ( TeeDriverx64+e2a9 ) Followup: MachineOwner ---------
- Start Menu\Programs\Intel\Intel(R) Management Engine Components
Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.
- Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
- It will open the "computer management" window.
- Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
- Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
- Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
- Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
- Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
Thank you very much !!!
Did as you told & my lap runs smoothly
Thank you, once again
