Hi Nico1533.

Uninstall these bloatware.
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\AsrAppCharger
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\ASRock eXtreme Tuner
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\InstantBoot
  • Start Menu\Programs\ASRock Utility\SmartConnect
Also uninstall/Disable Asrock RAM disc. (c:\windows\system32\drivers\asrramdisk.sys)

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.
  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.

So I have uninstalled ASRock Instantboot v.1.29, ASRock Smartconnect v.1.0.6, smart connect and App Charger from the control pannel uninstall menu is that ok? and I didn't find the "ASRock extrem tuner" program though and I did what you asked for the startup options, if I did everything ok please let me know and I will let you know if the problem persist

But I cannot seems to find the "ASRock Utility" is it a folder?

EDIT #1: I forgot to delete "asrramdisk.sys" but it's done now

Do two things.

First: try any other version of the display driver.

Second: Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

Alright, stressed it for 15 min, max temperature recorded was 78c around 20k frames, I alt-tabed a couple of times to try to provoke the freeze, nothing happened, I dont think the problem is my video card
