    BSOD Every Boot, error 0x0000000a

    I'm a novice at this, but I receive a BSOD every time this machine boots. I've read other postings about this and I figure the .dmp files hold the key to the problem - at least the answer, but I don't have a reader for the dumpfiles. Any help would be really appreciated.

    I've posted / attached the files the admin suggested in the "how to post / what to post" instructions.

    Thanks in advance.

    It is Norton causing network blockage.
    Code:
    BugCheck A, {0, 2, 1, fffff800030e3c3f}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for SYMNETS.SYS
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for SYMNETS.SYS
    Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!WfpExpireEntryLru+17 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    What is symnets.sys ? | System Explorer

    Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

    Let us know the result.
