Just as an example, this is my case. I have a completely different set up than you, but you will notice all wires are hidden and the only exhaust fan is the rear fan. Everything else is intake.

• GPU is still in the bottom one, because I don't have a screwdriver with me, so I'd need to ask a friend of mine. I will switch it's place once I can.
• Rear fan was turned around by a small mistake, and I will flip it over if needed to.
• As far as I remember, I can't turn the CPU fan sideways. I'm not entirely sure tho. I can make is push air upwards though.
• The bundle of wires MIGHT be possible to turn behind the mother board, but as some of the wires were short, I decided to bundle them with the PSU-Mobo wire (the big one). I will try to move the wires to the back of the case once I get a screwdriver with me.
• "no hard drive cages between the front fans and the interior of the case?" I'm not entirely sure what you mean with this. Do you mean that there are nothing which is blocking the path from front fan to back of the cage? If so, then no. I have only hard drive spots on top of the cage.
• "... put the fan on the door... blowing outside air on the GPU" Not exactly what you mean by this either.

That's what I meant by the no drive cages in front of the front fans. That is good, it provides for no restriction to the airflow. Also, if you are going to keep the top fans as exhaust, definitely face the CPU cooler blowing the hot air out of the case, through the top vents. If you can't turn the CPU cooler, it's OK. you can just turn the fans around, so it blows up and exhausts through the top.
It is not a bad set up you have at all. It looks good, but should work a little better with some minor adjustments. The GPU should be in the top slot, and I suspect you will get better performance that way.

Alrighty. I'll look into the CPU fan once again I get a screwdriver magically from somewhere/-one.
Also, are you sure I should put the rear fan to the door? I thought the fan would have a better use at the rear of the case.
Also, about the top fan. Should I have it at the front or the back side of the top?

No, I wasn't saying put the rear fan to the door. I was saying turn the rear fan around and getting another fan to put to the door, blowing on the Graphics card. As far as the top fan. That is your choice, but probably the where it is, is OK. More fans are always better, especially blowing cooler outside air into the case.

Ah, I see now what you meant.
Ok, I will try to think about it, and I will go to buy a new screwdriver for the computer tomorrow, and start turning stuff upside-down (not literally, don't worry).

But then again, which one should take priority? Getting a new fan or RMA:ing my GPU? Because then fan seemed to mess up on the GPU for some reason. Also, everything else worked properly. I was able to go to desktop and listen to music, but only in 3D objects the problem occurred. After a game restart tho everything was fixed.

Look at the GPU and make sure the fans are running. A fan can be bought for very little money.

Fans were running on the GPU, and I know that I can buy a decent fan for 15-20€.
Anyways, I got another BSoD now. The following happened
> Suddendly my internet (wifi) got into limited access state
> I replugged the adapter, with no success.
> Tried to reboot the computer
> BSoD for usbhub.sys while shutting down.

There's not much there other than what you said, USBHUB.sys which is a Windows update.
Open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.
Try that and see what you find, if anything.
