BSOD After Wakeup on x64

Hi.

I am getting a BSOD after my computer wakes from sleeping about 50% of the time. The other 50% my audio card (SB X-Fi) is not working and requires a reboot. Any chance someone with debugging skills could look at the zipped DUMP files and let me know if there is a pattern? I've .zipped up 5.

I'm running a fresh install of Home Premium x64 on a Core 2 Duo E6400 with 4 gigs of RAM. The machine is rock solid other than on wakeup.

Thanks in advance,
Scott

"If you ever see this error, be very suspicious of all drivers installed on
the machine -- especially unusual or non-standard drivers.
Third party file system redirectors are especially suspicious
This symptom is usually a severe bug in a third party driver."

Update drivers for all devices. Uninstall AV and firewall apps. Do not just disable as that will be of no help. Do in this specific order.

Test after each change.
