BSOD 0x09f while computer is sleeping, windows 7 x64

Hello guys,

I got a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (0x09f) with first parameter 0x03 ( A device object has been blocking an IRP for too long a time.) while my computer was in sleep mode.

Some weeks ago I used to get 0x03B errors but they were fixed with updating a bad NVIDIA driver. Back then I checked the memory with the built in test (in win 7) with the most thorough setting and no problems were found.

I am attaching the minidump for the 0x09f from last night. Would very much appreciate some help

P.S. BlueScreenView can only tell me hat the problem was in ntoskrnl which doesn't help a lot.

Thanks for the fast reply

I updated the driver and will see if the problem is fixed (it didn't persist since last night but I only put the PC in sleep once and for a brief period of time).

P.S. What tool generates that output?
