explorer.exe crash, with BSOD after some time

Ok, so I downloaded Opera browser from the official site link. After that, a message appears saying that Windows Explorer has stopped working. Closing the program just shows up the box, and Explorer doesn't close. Here's the problem :

I also can't use most of my programs. There is also a second explorer.exe in the Task Manager. It uses about 800 KB RAM.

Can anyone help?
