Computer freezes or restarts with Event ID 41 no BSOD

As the title says my computer has been either completely freezing up with the desktop image still on the monitor and completely unresponsive to all user input or just randomly restarting without going to Bluescreen or saving a mini dump. In the event viewer the only critical events I see are Kernel Power event id: 41, the system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This has happened 3 times in the last 3 days, but for some reason only 2 of those events are recorded in the event viewer.

I have attached a text file of the events in event viewer from the last three days. I need help diagnosing this problem and getting my computer back to a stable state.Thanks.

Hmm, I downloaded the tool ran it and it says it completed successfully, but no file was created on my desktop. I tried running it from desktop, and from downloads folder, and running as admin, and selecting properties\compatibility\run as administrator, but it never creates a file on my desktop.

Edit: I just tried using the SF diagnostic tool as well. It too finishes successfully it seems but does not create any file or folder on the desktop upon completion. The page where you download the SF Diagnostic tool says that if it doesn't create a file that means the registry entry for you desktop is messed up. How would I fix that?

Okay I figured out how to get the tool working. I had moved my desktop folder to a different drive, but another dummy folder I guess remained in the original location, and the tool put the files there. Anyway, I have attached the logs.
