Random BSOD

Hi All,

I have just got BSOD twice in few days. The jcgriff2 .zip files have attached.

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Uninstall Norton using the appropriate removal tool then install MS Security Essentials and MalwareBytes.

Download this version from here and follow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems for the cleanest possible install.

Uninstall Alcohol 120%, a known cause of BSODs.

1. Uninstall Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%.
2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
3. Double click the executable to open it
4. Click the button shown below



If the button it is grayed out, as shown in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can just close the window.

Sorry for report late. After follow your instructions to uninstall the certain program, so far the BSOD haven't occurred up-til now.
Thank you so much for your help.

By the way, I want to ask any other virtual drive software instead of Daemon Tools/Alcohol 120%?
