    Random blue screening, System_Service_Exception error

    Hello,

I am posting for a friend who is having blue screen issues. It is seemingly random in nature, and tends to happen after using the computer for an extended period of time. Gradually, it took less time for the blue screen to happen, and is now happening at random intervals anywhere from 20 minutes to a few days. The screen says "System_Service_Exception" at the top.

We had previously solved a blue screen issue being caused by a Razer program, which we deleted and uninstalled the program from the computer. This was a while back (3-6 months ago) and now a different blue screen is occurring.

I will attach the results from the SF Diagnostic Tool as well as his memory.dmp, the memory.dmp was too large to attach through the thread so here is a google drive link (

    and

Thanks in advance and let me know if anything further will be needed to troubleshoot or narrow things down :)

Please follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions and upload the resulting logs directly to here.

Uploaded the proper files directly to this reply. Sorry for the format error. The memory.dmp is too large to upload directly so if that file is needed, let me know how best to upload it.

    Thank you

Please enable the creation of small/mini-dumps which will be small enough to upload here. See step 6 here:
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

When you get another BSOD. Upload the information here.

    Code:

    fffff880`083860f0 00001f80`00000010

In the meantime perform a Windows Update to see if some of the issues are solved.
