BSOD code 9f typically when sleeping/hibernating

I am getting frequent (several times / day to several times/week) BSOD BCCODE 9f.

It seems related to when I leave my computer unattended, and it goes to "sleep".

I would really appreciate any help. I have attached the collected zip file.

We need more information to analyze your logs. Follow Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, let the tool run until it has completely finished and then upload the new logs.

BSOD, typically after gaming sessions.
Hi all, Over the last few weeks I've been seeing BSODs, and I figured it's time to do something about it. Today it's happened twice, with the first error being an "APC_INDEX_MISMATCH," which got stuck on initializing a .dmp file. This was after playing some Civ5, as in quit, left the r oom, came...

How can I avoid my PC hibernating after sleeping for five minutes?
My desktop PC (Windows 8 and Windows 7 in dual boot) goes into hibernation after a few minutes sleep. The same happens with both operating systems. I'd rather it didn't go into hibernation, but remain in sleep mode. I see no option to change this in Power Options > Change Advanced power settings...
