BSOD while writing email, and running Acronis Backup 0x3B

    Hello,

Received the BSOD SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION doing email, and actively running an Acronis Backup routine.

Ran the SF debug application, and must comment, "there is no stone unturned," in the information gathered, and must laud this forum for its professionalism. The file is attached, and hope it will plainly reveal the offending driver.

Thanking you in advance for any help in solving this annoying issue.

    Kind Regards,

    Welcome to 7F.

Your problem is down to Trusteer, and this has been known to cause BSODs in the past from what I can find out.

    Code:
    fffff880`14771690 fffff880`04644440Unable to load image \??\C:\ProgramData\Trusteer\Rapport\store\exts\RapportCerberus\baseline\RapportCerberus64_80049.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for RapportCerberus64_80049.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for RapportCerberus64_80049.sys
My advice would be to uninstall Trusteer and test to see if the problem persists.
