I've removed all connectors, including CPU power, CPU fan, case fan, power button, I've replaced SATA cables for HDD's, and I've changed STATA power cables between optical drive and HDD.
Probably the RAM is ok, I've checked it with windows tool and with memtest a week ago. I will expect for few days to see what's happening. Hope it will be all right.

Very same thing happened today.
Cannot figure what could be. Maybe my power source, only 450 W and rather old, could not have enough power?

After disassembly and reassembly of my pc (yet again) and changing SATA cables with new ones, I figure out something.
After today's update of ATI driver, I've got another crash of firefox, this time without blue screen, but with an firefox error report, which i'll put in attachment.
It seems to be a problem with firefox and command and conquer, because in Chrome everything is all right.
Here is some other cases: Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances Forum - STILL Firefox crashes
I decided to let my pc alone, I think is not his fault.
