Is My RAM causing frequent BSOD??

My original Config

Zotac Geforce 9300 Mobo with Integrated Nvidia Graphics
Intel Core2 Duo E 7400 2.8 Ghz CPU
2x2 GB Transcend & 1x2 GB Corsair(All 800 Mhz ) RAM

Problem:
frequent BSOD with error messages like System Configuration. Memory management etc. BSOD increased with computer load (too many browser windows/ running videos/ Google Earth/Maps etc. heavy word processing involving cut/paste of images files.

Local technician suggested MoBo change. Changed to Gigabyte G 41M Combo MoBo.

Result still facing same problem. Attaching dump files for solutions . Please help

Most of the dumps are blaming Symantec/Norton.

BSOD was happening even without Norton. In fact Norton has been loaded recently as it came along with new MoBo. So I don't think Norton is the culprit.

If you are not going to believe what the dumps say is the cause then what was the point is coming for analysis?

I think I'll mark this one as solved.

A genuine copy of Windows would also help you read your own dumps.

OK I will try removing Norton and check. I don,t have dump files prior to loading Norton as I have formatted the system in hit & trial process. But let me assure you that similar BSOD , most of them with messages as 'Memory Management" were also happening with Microsoft Security Essentials installed. So I strongly suspect the RAM though I am not technically qualified enough to resolve it on my own.

You need to install a genuine copy of Windows, you have a counterfeit install with a Lenovo PID on a retail Gigabyte motherboard.

Counterfeit installations such as yours can contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSODs and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.

My recommendation is to install a genuine Windows 7. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSODs far more reliable. Once you are running a genuine Windows 7 installation, and are still experiencing BSOD's, we will be happy to help you solve them.
