hello, pixeltox. I'll help you if I can You only have 2 dump files and neither one is telling much, but we'll deal with them in a few minutes. Would you explain what you mean by having trouble with Windows Update and installing Windows 7 where everything else is installed? I don't understand. I would also like you to give us as much detail about your hardware as you can, including manufacturer and Model number. We sometimes have to look it up and it makes it much easier if it is in your system specs in the lower left corner of your last post.
Please fill out your System Specs

       Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. System Info - See Your System Specs

Now the dump files. The only one that gives us any reason at all is the Direct X

That is your version of Direct X which comes through Windows Updates and is also usually installed with your games. You can check this link to make sure you have the latest version How to install the latest version of DirectX

Try that, fill out your system specs and give me an explanation of exactly what your problems were.

Bluestack is still installed, but you deleted the files, so it is trying to start and can't find the files, I think is your problem. You probably have Bluetooth programs that are trying to start and because you deleted the files, it can't so You are getting errors from the programs. Bluestack is your computer's Bluetooth program.

Also, do I understand that you are dual booting Windows 8 and Windows 7? You only list 1 Seagate hard drive, so I assume they are both on 1 hard drive. Do you have an external hard drive to back up your personal files?
