balasurendran, I have looked at the last 5 or 6 BSOds and most are mentioning 1 Windows update but the primary problem I find the most is

    Code:
     dnelwf64
    start end module name

That is your Citrix Deterministic Networks DNE Driver (Cisco VPM Client)
Can you tell me what program that is associated with? save me from looking it up.

The Windows update I saw once and may have been missing or corrupted is

    Would you please

Please fill out your System Specs

       Information
Your System Specs will help us to help you, and doing it in this manner will make them available to all helpers in every post and keep us from hunting for them. We ask that you fill them out in as much detail as possible including Desktop or Laptop, Model number if it is an OEM computer and all components with the Manufacturer and Model number if possible.

If you will go to your last post and click the 'System Specs' in the bottom left of the post, you will find a link to update your system specs. Please fill those out in as much detail as possible, making sure to click save at the bottom of the page. If you would like to know what we would like, you can click 'My System Specs' at the bottom left of this post to see mine. If you do not know what your components are, this will help you accomplish this task. System Info - See Your System Specs

also open a elevated command prompt ( click start, type cmd in the search box, right click on the cmd entry and select run as administrator) in the black box that opens, copy/paste sfc /scannow. If you decide to type it, notice the space between the sfc and the /. It is a system file checker which will scan your system files and attempt to correct any missing or corrupt files. What we want are the results to say windows found no integrity violations. If it says files were found but could not be repaired, close the box, reboot and run it again, after opening the administrative command prompt. You may have to reboot and run it three times for it to repair all system files. If it can't repair them after 3 reboots, let us know.

Then either update that Citrix Driver or uninstall the program if you can.

Also, please run the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions there are some files missing, and I need all the files. Please use option #2 and click the Grab All button and then give it time to do it's work.

I just looked at Citrus, and they like to blame the problem on everything else such as Microsoft Bug. There is no bug in Windows 7, only a bug in their software. Don't run their "winfix" program. Windows does not need fixing, their software needs fixing. Every program that 'fixes windows' optimizes windows and speeds up windows, does more damage than it can possibly fix. If you have any of those programs installed, please uninstall them. Otherwise you will be doing a clean install very soon. Please tun the BSOD posting instructions, I need all of the files it produces.

    Essenbe,

Thanks for your reply. For the time being I have removed this VPN client and also updated the system specs as well. Basically the VPN is used to remote other computer. This software i really need to use.

I will reply back to you still the problem exists.

    Thanks

You are still having the problem? You may try Team Viewer Also a tutorial about an older version, but it works the same way. Free for Personal use. TeamViewer - Free Remote Control, Remote Access & Online Meetings

If you are still having BSOD problems, run Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions use option 2 and press the Grab All and give it time to do it's work. The last file did not have all the necessary files in it. I need them all.
