The most probably cause for this is from the second parameter of the error message:
Code:
0xC000009D, or STATUS_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED, indicates defective or loose cabling, termination, or that the controller does not see the hard disk.
So, check the connections to your hard drive (both power and data), make sure that your PSU is powerful enough to drive everything in the system. Make sure that the cards inside the case are properly seated. If you've added things recently - remove them. Ensure your Windows Updates are up to date. Please scan for malware.
