I had stopped the test, it took me 61 hours to passed 12 tests. Is that mean my rams are okay?
If yes, what else I can try?

Yeah, it's up to date. So the last resort is upgrade BIOS?
Not neccessarily, first check to see what benefit the BIOS update delivers...can you post a link to it please?

There you go, choose Window 7 64bit and look for BIOS
OK....a lot of them claim to improve memory compatibility and system stability. Install the latest one and lets see if the BSOD's dissapear. Be 100% sure you do it correctly.
Okay, thanks for your advising for updating BIOS, but before that, based on the Bugcheck Analysis, it do not say anything of hardware faulty?
0x50's are typically faulty RAM, but since MemTest86+ passes we can say the RAM and motherboard RAM slots do not look faulty.
