And another BSOD while using the laptop 5 minutes ago. The first BSOD was when in a sleep mode then I try to start to use it again, it went to BSOD.

If you want to report a BSOD, it should be done following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

We cannot say anything without checking the data.

    Same issue continues.
    Code:
    BugCheck 7A, {c04d93e8, c0000185, 25d9c8c0, 9b27d000}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption ( nt!MiWaitForInPageComplete+302 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    Code:
    KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
    KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.
If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185,
it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure.
If the error status is 0xC000009A, then it means the request failed because
a filesystem failed to make forward progress.
    Arguments:
Arg1: c04d93e8, lock type that was held (value 1,2,3, or PTE address)
Arg2: c0000185, error status (normally i/o status code)
Arg3: 25d9c8c0, current process (virtual address for lock type 3, or PTE)
Arg4: 9b27d000, virtual address that could not be in-paged (or PTE contents if arg1 is a PTE address)
    Code:
    ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000185 - The I/O device reported an I/O error.

DISK_HARDWARE_ERROR: There was error with disk hardware
Take the Long Generic Test using Seatools for DOS.

I booted into the BIOS. And I just can't find the storage controller mode for me to set it to IDE/SATA before running the Seatools for DOS

It should be in advanced BIOS settings.

In the Advanced, it has only AMD-V(TM) and it's [Disabled].

Do you have anything in advanced called sata configuration, storage or anything like that? on some of the OEM Machines you will find a menu within another menu. A sub menu.
