Windows 7: Constant BSOD almost three years now

Yes you should get at least one better power supply and maybe the shop that sold you the PC can lend you one to test for a while and see if it helps. Your current PSU might be just enough when the computer is at idle but as soon as you start putting any sort of load on it it might simply not have sufficient power so definitely worth a try

Seven days online and no BSOD with a UPS between the contact and my computer.

Just put an UPS between the contact and my computer.
So it's definitly a power problem in my study.

That's sort of good to know. It's good that you have solved your computer problem, but I would still be concerned about the power supply; but it's still bad that you have a power problem in your house.
