Constant BSOD almost three years now

You will need to power down the PC disconnect the power cable from it and open the case side panel so you can see the sticker on your power supply which will tell you the make and how many watts it's rated at

How do I determine how big my power supply is?

The PSU is inside the computer. There should be a large sticker on the side of the PSU which will tell you all the specs of the PSU. Please tell us the wattage and how many amps on the +12V rail. or take a picture of the sticker and post it here. This will tell you how to post it here. Using the incomplete specs in your profile using an on line power calculator shows you need approximately 260 watts power supply while your post above says you have a 220 watts PSU. Admittedly those calculators are not 100% accurate but can give a fair idea of your power requirements so maybe it is time to try and give those capacitors more electric juice

All three exact the same problem. I gave my prefious computer away to a friend where its working fine.

It sounds like you know what your problem is. But, how to fix it is the question. I think that is beyond our scope, except I would stay on the power company.

But, it does seem you are cutting it too close with the PSU.

I surtenly will stay on the powercompany.
I hope and pray :) that the UPS will work.

Unfortunatly its beyond my scope too and beyond the scope of two pc stores.
The one where i bought the UPS yesterday asked me what are you going to do if that doesn't work either.
Frankly i don't know. I asked him what i shoud do then and he said i wouldn't know either.

Its either indeed a power problem here in oure house or...

I wish i knew.

Finaly managed to get the system specs complete.

PSU: POWER SUPPLY.220W.PFC

Cooler: HEATSINK.CPU.LGA1156.W/DUCT

according to the guideline that came with my Acer.

You are pushing it way too close on that PSU. But, if the computer will run in other rooms in the house and in other computer shops, I can't say that is your problem. I will say, I would have a larger power supply if it were my computer. Move the computer to another room in the house and see if you still crash.
