PC hangs while shutting down

Hi Guys.

First time here for me so I am hoping the provided info is enough for someone to help me out.

Out of the blue I am having a problem with my PC.

The problem is that when I wish to shutdown the PC (via Win7 START menu) it tries to but can't.
It just hangs there with "Shutting Down" displayed on my monitor.
Sometimes it does turn off eventually, other times when I dont have the time to wait I just hold the Power button pressed for 5sec and force it off.

I recently bought the Saitek Cessna Yoke and installed its drivers......maybe that has something to do wih it?

The latest SYSTEM error was a Bug Check.

Ok thx guys, someone figured it out for me already.

It was my ASMEDIA USB driver.

For some reason ASMEDIA USB 3.0 and SAITEK CESSNA YOKE cause Shutdown problems and BSODs.

I now have SAITEK on an Intell USB 3.0 and all is fine.
