BSOD "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE" randomly

Hi,

I get BSOD on my computer randomly up to 3 times daily.
Can someone please help with this?

I think its complaining about the file "ntoskrnl.exe" and "msahci.sys".

I have not tested this very well yet; when im running on batteries (no power connected) I have not received any BSOD. When im connected to power it's through a docking station.

I wonder if a reinstall of Windows could help or if this is a hardware problem?

Minidump is attached in the ZIP.

Thanks

The crash is related to your modem. Try updating the drivers. Refer to this thread for help for the same problem:
