My computer is freezing multiple times a day. That at a random move.

I did a memtest and there where no errors.
I upgarded my harddisk with the latest firmware.

processor: Intel® Core i7-920
Moederbord: GA-EX58-UD5
Memory: 4 x OCZ 2 GB DDR3-1066
grafics card: ati Sapphire HD4850 1024 MB GDDR3
Power supply: Cooler Master RealPower M620
Harddisk: 2 x Maxtor STM3500418AS 500 GB
OS: windows 7 ultimate x64
Anyone any idea what i can do to avoid my system freezing.
