Thank you Steve.

Can you tell if its the same driver (but in 32 bit) after the reinstall? I know they were both 2011.

From Steve's post #2, 5 days ago ....
Code:
Image name: atikmpag.sys
Timestamp: Wed Jun 29 22:00:51 2011
From my last post, after the reinstall took place ....
Code:
Image name: atikmpag.sys
Timestamp: Thu Jun 30 08:30:28 2011 (4E0BE6CC)
Both are driver version 8.862.3.0 (not sure about the catalyst version, as it is too old).

The 9/2014 version is CCC 14.9, that I linked in post #8.

Yes, she has the 2014 driver now.

Today's driver install brought along CCC which I disabled along with other ATI bloatware in Startup and Services. I don't think it was there with the Updates driver Friday, but either way it's not needed.

So, we wait. Thanks guys!

Good to know that the driver is updated now.

Let us know how the computer runs with it.

Frequent Crashes
My system has been crashing frequently. I never get a BSOD--just a black screen and a reboot. Frequently happens while using Quicken Premier 2010, but also happens when Quicken isn't running. I can consistently reproduce it by simply clicking through video files I have stored in a local...

Frequent crashes
I've been experiencing a lot of crashes since I upgraded from Vista to Windows 7. I would like to upload the crash log files to get some help, but I do not know how to change them from a .xml and a .dmp into an up-loadable file type. Help! Thanks!
