BSOD, PC freezes then hangs after playing games, Bug code 116

Hi all, I've been getting BSOD quite often while playing games, mostly FPS with high settings. The most my PC could last without hanging/freezing is up to 6 days.

My mobo is 5 years old but it's stable when playing Diablo 3.

Using Blue Screen viewer, I get these culprits:
    dxgkrnl.sys+5d134
    dxgmms1.sys+37f3c
    nvlddmkm.sys+9a57a0

    Bug code: 116
    Caused by driver: dxgkrnl.sys

I've googled and scoured these forums and tried various fixes
    - uninstalled my nvidia drivers using driver fusion and reinstalled them again (latest is now 340.52)
    - used the windows update to check for any directX updates (they reported everything is installed)
    - Using the Nvidia control panel to change preference from Quality to Balanced (this does prevent the BSOD but for up to 3 - 6 days)
    - I changed the battery for the motherboard using my friend's advice (this change can last about roughly a week)

The longest I've went through without BSOD is about a month before it starts to give way again.

    My power source is 800v.

Attached is my dump files from DM log collector. Appreciate any help. Thanks a bunch and do let me know if I missed out anything. Still new in posting stuff in this forum.

Found the problem. I ran the Memtest and found that there was a broken 4gb ram in my slot. Removed that and things should be running smoothly from now on.
