That thought occurred to me too. But, I was afraid it may be above her tech level. I could be wrong though.

To take a screenshot, better you use Snipping Tool. Easy and better.

Yes, that is a real problem. But there is a solution too ... she may take the help of any local hardware expert/tech.

Though I want to believe that it will not be necessary now.

Blue Screen - Driver Power State Failure
